Recently it was decided to close and padlock the north gate into our community without any notice given to the owners and without any input from the owners. Not only is this extremely inconvenient for the half of our community that lives on that side, but it's also a safety hazard if we were to have an emergency, leaving only two access points in and out of Toscana. Please sign and let our HOA board that you disapprove of this decision and ask them to unlock the gate and let us continue to access our community!
