This petition is to serve as notice from the tenants at 7819 Northtown Village apartments. Halls not vacuumed entry ways are not mopped. The Manager of this property Teresa comes across as sweet and honest until you sign your lease.
The contract we have to sign has a no tolerance policy on drugs. However when complaints come in about POT in the hallways she does nothing other than call the authority's. The POLICE cannot do anything due to personal property without a warrant and cause. There.is also issue about cigarette butts and pet droppings.
