As the population grows of residents commuting or telecommuting for employment, as well as the overall necessity for internet access becomes a necessity of life; the need for reliable, high-speed, unlimited internet access is essential. There is currently no other viable / reliable alternative for this level of communications service.
The undersigned hereby express their desire and commitment to supporting Cable services in this area.

Seeing this kind of movement in our community is truly humbling since I initially thought I would be the only person feeling this frustration. This momentum belongs entirely to the neighbors who decided that our access to reliable services is worth fighting for together.

I have been fighting this issue since I moved to prudhomme rd in 2012- many promises made by AT&T and none were fulfilled
I'm a grad student and a teacher and internet is a necessity but it's next to impossible to get it where I live!
I have needed Internet for the past 18 years and have asked for high speed Internet for the last 14 years. I have suffered the loss of income for all these years due to only having dial up speeds available. I desire to work from home if we can actually get high speed Internet with cheaper charges than the only satellite company currently has available.
We have no options where we live; it's the one network provided, or nothing. The network provided is not fast and does not allow us to do anything productive because of this. We need faster internet!!
I have a home-based business that requires speedy, reliable internet service. We have had to use 2 different satellite and 1 radio provider for internet service over the last 10 years. It has been costly and unreliable.
