Saint poet Bharatiyar doesn't need introduction. He didn't get the due recognition he deserves. This is a petition to the honorable prime minister of India Shri. Narendra Modi . He who also happens to be the Member of Parliament of the city of Varanasi, a city which Bharatiyar spent a considerable amount of time. This petition is to start a university in the name of Bharatiyar. It will be a fitting tribute to the greatest Tamilian and one of the modern minds of the 20th century India
