As an employee for UX Specialized Logistics, later renamed XPO Last Mile from March 2014- June 2015 I delivered to the Universal Music Group building in Midtown Manhattan regularly.

Upon arrival I was required to take a photo, show my ID and sign my name and company's name, which I did.

During the time I was also moonlighting as an unsigned rapper and I had a blog which featured my latest pics, songs, tour dates as well as several active social media accounts.

Upon my resignation from XPO last mile on June,6,2015 I began noticing that certain Universal Music Group artist were using my likeness and song titles without permission, consent, authorization or approval from myself.

Just recently I noticed that Universal Music Group artist "The Weeknd" used a song title that is identically similar to one of my song titles.

The song in question is titled "False Alarm". My version of "False Alarm" was recorded and released on September, 3rd 2013. The song was written by myself and the beat was produced by a gentleman by the name of Kendon Marshall. The best was used with his consent, however the song was never made available for purchase due to undisclosed reasons. The EP containing "False Alarm" was released via Sound cloud on October, 9th 2013 (my 28th birthday) and later released as a single with an accompanying video in April, 2014. I have endless footage of myself performing this song while on a promotional tour I funded myself. The EP "False Alarm" is featured on has been registered with BMI since 2/2016.

In September of 2016 I began making announcements via social media regarding the 3 year anniversary of the EP "False Alarm" is featured on which is also my birth date.

So I found it quite strange when "The Weeknd" released a single titled "False Alarm" during the exact same week of my EP's 3rd anniversary celebration.

The isn't the first time Universal Music Group and their artists have illegally infringed upon my copyrights without my consent.

Lastly, I have evidence and proof to support all of my claims.I can be reached on Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/LynwoodIII
