If I could add; the 93426 Monterey County code has delayed mail and package delivery to those of us physically located in SLO County.

I’ve been dealing with this issue for 20 years now. Having to provide a copy of my Slo County property tax bill to prove my residence is in Slo County. This is an issue with numerous businesses, including home and vehicle insurance, medical insurance, purchasing vehicles and dispatching of contractors to my residence. Full-time population in Oak Shores is only increasing thereby justifying the need for us to have a Slo County ZIP Code.

It has been a big problem to live within San Luis Obispo county and have a Monterey county zip code

We pay property taxes to SLO County so our zip code should be SLO County!

All San Luis Obispo (SLO), County Tax Payer Residents deserve the right to a San Luis Obispo County Zip Code. The SLO County Zip Code will enhance the safety and inclusion of all future SLO County infrastructure plans and expand emergency assistance from all SLO County First Responders.
