We the undersigned Communities and Businesses of North San Luis Obispo (SLO) County with an assigned Monterey County City name of Bradley are requesting the United States Postal Service (USPS) to change the current location name of Bradley to be recognized as a USPS ACCEPTABLE location of Lake Nacimiento or Nacimiento Lake San Luis Obispo County,
Assignment of a recognized SLO County location (Lake Nacimiento or Lake Nacimiento) will embrace these citizens and businesses by inclusion into the Area of Responsibility (AOR), from ALL SLO County Local Emergency Response Teams, State Government, SLO County and City Agencies. A designated USPS Location of Lake Nacimiento or Nacimiento Lake will enhance the quality of life for ALL the communities/businesses on the North Side of Lake Nacimiento and inclusion into future infrastructure and enhancement plans.

I pay SLO taxes, I pay SLO ToT, I pay SLO business license yet the same address is assigned to Bradley, CA of Monterey County: confused of this over-sight, time to correct!
Marianne Boone and Stanfell Boone at 2626 Crows Nest Loop, Bradley CA 93426 support a new zip code based in the county where the property is located and taxed (San Luis Obispo) instead of the current zip code based in Monterey County, which otherwise has no jurisdiction.
Oak Park, of Ventura County, had a very similar situation years ago. Their zip code was the same as Agoura Hills, L.A. County. They had many police, fire and medical emergency problems. It was finally resolved and Oak Park experienced far better community services in a prompt time. This change seems small, but is quite necessary to provide emergency services in a timely manor.
I have tried for over 20 years to get Lake Nacimiento a zip code. We have the support of all communities around the lake. We gave been lost in the shuffle of both counties and the Federal Government if the USPS
If I could add; the 93426 Monterey County code has delayed mail and package delivery to those of us physically located in SLO County.

While trying to set up insurance auto home or medical there is confusion where I live. I pay San Luis Obispo taxes and live in the county but my zip code is Bradley which is Monterey county. When trying to set medical it’s a mess my doctors are in Paso Robles and they want me to go to Salinas. We need to fix
