Please stop incentivizing welfare! Small businesses rely on a strong labor pool and free money only encourages folks to stay home!

We have multiple open positions, spent several thousand dollars on job ads, and can not get candidates to show up to interviews or accept positions.

This is the most horrible year we have ever faced in our companies existence as far as attracting employees. We are having one of the best years as far as sales goes, but we don't have the labor force to perform it. We are spending $$$ on Facebook Ads, Indeed. We are putting the word out everywhere we can. The temps agencies are looking for full time employees and the very few they can even get to come in for temp work, will only stay a day max and leave. The system is all messed up. One of our senators in our state even came out publicly begging people to come to a job fair.

The labor situation has stifled the growth of so may businesses. Not only does it stifle the growth of the business itself but also the people working there. If we can't find people willing to work at an entry level then those with experience have little room for personal growth within the company. If the government handouts would stop then more people would be forced to re-enter the workforce with will bolster human morale, contribute to a strong but limited economy, and create more taxpaying citizens instead of government dependants....simple concept really

Stop the stimulus, welfare, and unemployment for able-bodied citizens.

Never before have I seen a labor market so tight with an economy so strong. I am competing with the government to hire local able bodied citizens and fighting with the government to stop restricting the H-2B program. On one hand, the government is paying people to stay on unemployment making them unavailable to work and on the other hand purposely holding the users of the H-2B program hostage by restricting the amount of visas even after the USDOL has certified that we don't have enough domestic labor. This is what happens when we are led to believe that government creates jobs.

The demand for our services is greater than ever, however the government continues to reward people for not working. This is the dumbing of America!

You get more of what you reward so if you reward people for not working you will get more people not working.

People are not interested in busting their tales for a paycheck as long as the Government is encouraging laziness and giving free handouts!! It's got to stop.

The thousands of open jobs and lack of workforce willing to look for a job is crippling our small business and hundreds of thousands like it. We need the unnecessary and exorbitant unemployment benefits stopped immediately.

We all need to contribute but it can't happen without contributors.
