We, the users of the Al Manaar - the Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre, acting as its primary beneficiaries, demand that the current board of trustees resigns immediately as it has:

• Failed to maintain the centre and its facilities to a standard that is deserved by a place of worship

• Failed to develop projects and services that address the needs of the local community

• Refused to engage the users in the management of the centre

• Acted with complete lack of transparency and had lost the trust of the local community

The current group of trustees has invested most of its time in ongoing conflict and away from its main mission, which is to serve the key beneficiaries. As users of the centre, we request that the current trustees are replaced with competent and credible individuals through a process that abides by the rules defined in the centre's constitution.
