I really appreciate the idea of improving the quality medical service in Vietnam. Both propostion provided in the text are focusing on the true problems of Medical service in not only hospitals but also private clinics. However, i prefer the first proposition because of it’s realistic capability. Otherwise i do think that we should work more on the real solution of both idea such as an application that helps patient to book a health examination schedule or something like that. In addition, i suggest we should make more connections between the two propositions.
