I have already had to do this for 3 years and watch past seniors get to happily leave. I think we deserve to get our early out just like everyone else has before us

This is completely and utterly absurd! What is the point in keeping the seniors longer? This is a tradition amongst the senior classes and part of the experience they get to go through with moving on to their next step in life, College.

It just doesn't make since to keep them late. Most of their classes stop doing work after AP tests, so why have them just sit around for another couple of weeks?

Unit 4 school district is once again robbing not only myself and my classmates but also all the graduates of 2016 and future students of an important and treasured high school experience. We are the class that has been the guinea pigs for the much hated CPM and standards base grading however my classmates have decided that this is on step too far. We cannot and will not except this. This is a tradition that many of us have been looking forward to since freshman year possibly even more so than prom. Many seniors will even finish class before this new date with the many AP and dual credit classes that we take. We demand to stop being treated as Guinea Pigs enough is enough. Let Seniors out early.
