I thoroughly believe that every teacher needs considerable salary compared to living cost. Education is the one of main pillers in every county. Therefore it's essential to buildup teachers benefits in order to build up the quality of the education system. Though it's a doctor or whatever we have learnt alot of things because of them. They need respect too.
