There has been no solution since 1996 because the government ruled that time was appointed B.C Perera commission. Since then that was the downfall of public sector teachers and principles profession. I do not trust any government till getting real salary! It is better to have international mediation. This is is the good foundation to get together all union leaders for future actions as well without pointing finger to each other. If we divide there us no solutions for future matters as well! Good luck!
Take action to provide a fair and just solution to the problem of wage inequality that has not been resolved for 24 years. We will continue to work together to find a positive solution to this problem without division. May the struggle be won.
