ICE Council Calls for Investigation and Prosecution of Agency Heads Given the fact that various government officials were prosecuted for lying to Congress about the Iran-Contra scandal and Roger Clemens was prosecuted for lying to congress regarding the use of steroids in professional baseball, we feel that Several Government Officials including Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder and John Morton should be should be prosecuted for trying to suppress the truth and block congressional oversight on a matter of grave public concern, illegal immigration. It is our opinion that in instances like these, prosecution of perjury serves as a deterrent to conduct that interferes with vital government functions. We the undersigned call for prosecution of the above Government Appointees for lying to Congress and the American People.
