This closure makes no sense and will force more traffic thru a school zone. Relocated stop signs is all that is required to allow the cyclists to pass safely.

This new bike path will be placed directly between our company's loading docks which are located on Vernon Drive (West side) and Adanac Street (North side). Our forklift will require access to the cycle path in order to transport product from dock to dock. This will endanger the users of this path and also put our company at risk should any injuries occur.

There are much simpler (and far less costly) solutions without affecting the flow of important commercial traffic at this spot.

Another skewed priority of City Of Vancouver. Where for some reason the hard working businesses of this city get rewarded with more obstacles.....

This just doesn't make sense. I am a pedestrian who takes transit - so not a car driver/owner who is opposed to bike lanes in general. This bike lane is in the wrong place. Build affordable housing instead.

City should be spending money on cleaning up the drug problem
