MISSISSIPPI GET OUR LAWS ENFORCED

Have you been involved in an accident where the guilty driver had a insurance card only to find out later there was NO active coverage.?

Over the years myhusband and I have been involvedinthree accidents. The drivers all had insurance cards in hand but no coverage. Three out of three is a little much. Last was on Feb. 11, 2014 . Our truck has over $10,000 damage.

Lets get the insurancelaw enforced. All vehicles are supposed to have at least liability. we have the law but no enforcement. If officers make a traffic stop they will readily give a ticket if there is no insurance, but at a accident scene its a different thing.

I propose we petition the insurance companies and law enforcement to sync info so as to provide the up to date info to the accident investigator at the time of incident. Theysync drivers personal info like warrants and such, but if tag number is called inall info should be about the Auto, make, model, owner name and Insurance , either none active or lapsed.

LETS GET THIS INFO SYNCED BETWEEN INSURANCE COMPANIES AND LAW ENFORCEMENT.
