Siblings belong together at Willow

This would only strengthen the Willow community - a community that relies so heavily on the parent volunteers for year round events. Willow is missing an opportunity to create legacies within this community that will strengthen and support the Willow brand for years to come. While I'm not in this situation, I know if I had twins and this was happening, I would absolutely harbor resentment and not be a willing participant in the Willow parents community. I'm sure this is happening.

Please reconsider the sibling preference policy; particularly since we do not have school buses. Otherwise, parents are being asked to drive to multiple schools twice per day, while often working too. Thanks for your consideration.

Particularly in the case of a twin who qualifies and is denied multiple years, let if be at the discretion of the board to accept this student.

Families have enough challenges in the charter school system. Let’s remove this one!

I was shocked when I heard about this years ago. Even as a private school- measures should be taken to include everyone in one family.

Our twins had a similar experience but gratefully got seats, one off the wait list. All three of our kids are successful Willow students. We shouldn’t have had the threat of separation.

Families need to be prioritized and able to stay together. Especially when siblings have met the academic requirement and definitely in the case of twins.

This policy would help so much for the well-being and sense of belonging of the children.

Twins should not be forced to attend different schools for a number of reasons
