Watching the athletes work through these challenges reminds me why I started this for the North Hills team in the first place. I spent the morning drafting messages to the administration to ensure they understand exactly what these players need to succeed. The silence from the front office is becoming impossible to ignore.

Reaching this level of support for our players feels surreal and deeply personal. Knowing that so many people believe in this team keeps me fighting for the resources these kids truly deserve.
