we actually got them to issue the refunds and open up the grass lot. i cant believe this worked out but it proves that sticking together pays off. keep an eye on your email for the refund instructions and enjoy the parking situation finally getting better.

it is a joke. just open the field. walking all the way across from the overflow lot is not okay!
Seriously ive been late to class 3 times this week just circling the lot. Let us park on the grass at least!!
How is it legal to charge us for a parking deck we cant get into?? Give us a refund.
Ridiculous that I paid for a permit I cant even use. Either fix the deck or give me my money back already.
FINALLY someone is talking about this. Its a nightmare getting to my 9am.

UNG needs to stop taking our cash for services they arent even providing. Total scam.
