This petition is due to unfair treatment in the workplace. This is result of all managers and coaches at Discover use their phones as personal lines (supervisor extentions) When I was unjustly identified as a cheater and muniplulator of stats (proven not true and wrongly accused) they passed the manupulation disciplanary through HR and both my Department manager and HR signed it and accused me, then was proven innocent with no appology. They continued to put my disciplinary through of use of non-work related use even though there are thousands of people using their supervisor extensions for the same use. My phone call only consisted of me saying a total of 5 words, and only I got in trouble for it. This isn't the whole story they also falsely accused me of sleeping with women from my team and accused me of partying with people on my team as well. This and other falsely accused incidents have occured ad Discover in the past and it needs to come to a complete stop immediately.
