My Name is Joe Bernsweig WCB # 00533502, I received an injury on the job at Stop & Shop Supermarket in Sheepshead bay Bklyn .N.Y. on 7/17/05 and now I have R.S.D. in my right hand & have no feeling's in it and cant work anymore ,my weekly check's was cut off 6 years ago and I have not received any treatment for the R.S.D. in 6 years because Ace Ins.Co. don't want to pay for it!!. I lost my wife & family & home because of this , I now live on S.S.D.& food stamps & living in poverty now for 6 years . I been fight this case all bymyself with no end. At a hearing on 3/13 while I was speaking over the phone ,the judge said " I Have No Time For This" and hung up the phone on me & closed the case too, Is This what they Call Justice ????? ,I contacted the head judge of worker's comp., did nothing & former mayor, city council & new governor and they all pass the buck back to worker's comp. ,it's all politics & it's all corrupt & a broken system & i even reached out to all N.Y. newspaper's & CNN & Fox News to cover this story and no one want's to help me out or care's , I am disable with a service canine and dont drive anymore and moved out of N.Y. because I coundn't afford to pay the rent , I want to settle this case now and asked for a settlement that is fair to me & Ace Ins. Co. refuse to do that, they want me to Die First , so they dont have to pay me a fair settlement !!!!!,IRefuse To Give Up The Fight, So Come Join Me & Let's Win This Together !!!Some One Please Step Up And Help Me ,I Beg You !!!!
