We, the residents Aimco properties located in Columbia, MD are taking action against the deceptive and unfair rental practices experienced at both Grand Pointe and Lazy Hollow apartment homes. Due to the unclear and inconsistent charges associated with utility billing (Conservice, BGE, UGI), generally inconvenient parking policy and privileges, the nondisclosure of absent towing services between the months of October and January, and the uncomfortable living conditions associated with floors that squeak significantly for all residents occupying units on the 1st-3rd floors (as applicable), we are requesting that these matters be addressed at the highest levels of Aimco management.
