Let's be fair, shaving his hair isn't going to affect how he learns in anyway, that's what schools for isn't it 'learning' not being punished for the way you look! Especially when it's for cancer research!!

The school should be ashamed of themselves- absolutely disgraceful! Too busy getting at young people for bad behaviour yet when someone does something amazing they still punish! Makes no sense. Well done young man, we are all behind you :-)

An effort to contribute to help an organisation that saves lives. A set back to charitable activities isn't good. Rossett give him the benefit of the doubt. His hair is against school rules though is showing how anyone can act towards beating cancers.

I can't believe that this is happening, the teachers should encourage spontaneous and creative ideas such as this, especially one that helps such a well known and very real cause. By punishing Dion the school is dampening creative freedom and expression meaning events like this will become less frequent. Lets hope that the teachers adhere to their own philosophies and are Responsible, Reflective and Resilient in their choices with this situation...

I think it is disgusting that a school has isolated someone for shaving his head for cancer research as every time people se him they will not think he is a skin head but know that he did it for charity but thanks to the publicity this will bring your school will be seen in the light it deserves and dion will raise more money so instead of punishing him a assembly to let the school know Wat he did rather than isolation and the right publicity and the school and dion could have benefited
