I think this is a ridiculous punishment. Someone does something selfless and for a good cause which is so rare, and they are punished? Absolutely ridiculous. If the school is concerned about the 'look' this is giving to the public I'm certain they need to reevaluate their morals. I wish I could petition against this punishment a million times.

This is an outrageous punishment for a fundraising effort. I've just read the spring issue of the school's magazine blowing it's fundraising trumpet on a double page spread! Why would a school trash the efforts of one young lad for any other reason than personal?

People are always quick to criticise teenagers for one thing or another yet when someone does a fantastic thing.like this for charity he is punished. What would happen if a teenager had gone thru chemo and lost their hair, would they too be isolated?????

The school shouldn't be punishing him for him doing something so good for such a brilliant cause that WILL help people. I think it is disrespectfu. Couldn't they're least come down on him another way that the punishment he has got? What's he done wrong? Really... If you think about the pros to the cons, I think you'll find the pros win.
