The TLC is hurting us drivers by giving us summonses and points on our TLC license that we have to pay. these summonses include for an already paid Red Light Camera Ticket, points on your dmv license and others. the TLC is trying to extort more of our hard working money with the threat of suspension or revocation if we do NOT pay them. this is unconstitutional and unfair, there is NO law stating for an city agency to double and triple charge you for an all ready paid summons and they have NO right to look at our dmv records for points and to charge you more money for them. If you have been a victim of the TLCs extortion and unlawful practices, (like me) please help me reach this petition to the Attorney General so we can SUE the TLC and make changes for them to NOT do that to us Drivers. we struggle to make ends meet daily, we risk our lives, we are tired everyday and they want to take our money? Lets Stop this!

This unfair practice of Double jeopardy should be illegal… we should not be penalized twice for the same offense. Please take action against the TLC for this illegal conduct…Stop the TLC from gouging hard working people of their Hard Earned Income.

This people treat driver like dogs and if you get a ticket, that usually is unfair and you have proof, it doesn't matter you still have to pay them, also this David do and Eric Adams are doing one of the worst job at regulations and practices to accomplish nothing to help improve the taxi industry in this city and the livelihood of so many people that drive for a living is going downhill.

Absolutely they need to stop treating TLC drivers this way. It is not fair that a camera violation which carries no points ends up giving points to unsuspecting drivers.
