The upkeep of the grass that is the community property it's horrible I thought it was just in Cantera Creek so I went to drive around Sierra Vista and Sterling Lakes and what I found was appalling the grass upkeep there is also subpar third dead grass all throughout the yard and this has been all year long where it's last year when they were trying to get people in this area these areas looked very good so my question is why are they not trying to keep the area up considering that we have to pay

Unfair rates for amenity rental for SV residents. SV residents already pay a large amount annually, this is not a luxurious neighborhood as Pomona, Meridiana. However, we are not in the lower scale. SV needs to evaluate the unfair pricing. They are taking advantage.

Fee continue to increase with less benefits. We paid and maintain an amenity that we are being charge to use.

Land Teja and PMG management have been overcharging for our neighborhood for years lying to many about a lagoon that would never came and now our river that we paid so much money and waited so long for an amenity center to rent out is asking us residence $2000 to rent for six hours no tables no chairs no decorations included And more. We need to stand up against this corporation making master plan community after master plan community and not upholding their promises to their residence that buy in

The Sierra vista community residents are tired of being robbed of our hard earned money, & lied to since many of us purchased homes in this area with promises of excellent amenities, but was given something completely different and subpar to the high pricing we pay for POA dues.

I purchased off of promises and misleading advertisements. We have been given nothing close to what was presented during my contract, now we're being subjected to high rental cost for a project that was an alternative to the breech. Ridiculous!
