This PETITION DEMANDS the immediate introduction of a BILL before Parliament which creates a power on the sole decision of the Home Secretary to Refuse Entry or Deport, without right of Appeal in this jurisdiction, any person of foreign nationality who is known to preach intolerant views and racial and or national hatred or who makes threats of or actual violence against the United Kingdom, its citizens, its police and members of the armed forces or incites others to do the same. The BILL to include a right to refuse access to this country anyone with a criminal conviction and to summarily deport any foreign national convicted of committing a criminal offence in this jurisdiction with only one right of appeal from the criminals home country after deportation.
