This space has more potential for the youth than the council may think. Please put it to good use and give the people of portsmouth a brand new recreational place to play and learn key life skills (along with creating a community in which they will be part of for life).

The new pump track at Hilsea has showen there is a demand and a real need for such projects in Portsmouth .

This is a great place for children to learn a growing sport. I spent the majority of my childhood skating in private property as there was nowhere to go. This would allow people to go somewhere rather than annoy pedestrians and private areas.
