Every human being has one or more skills to offer to other people. Some may be more gifted than others in a certain area, but every one has to offer something and this on very different levels. So every one should be able to live in dignity without unnecessary fears and develop his skills so that other people can benefit from these. So every human being on this planet should be afforded an unconditional basic income to satisfy his basic needs, so he can be ready to offer his skills to the rest of the world.
