Does your heart go out to the poor lonely dog left on the end of chain totally forgotten by his family? Do you wish something could be done to at least give him some room to stretch and run? Well friends it is time we ban together to get our voices heard and speak up for the ones that cannot speak for themselves. An ordinance prohibiting the tethering of dogs needs to be set in place. While sometimes it is necessary to tie out a dog for short periods to do his job etc. but not to be leftout 24/7 in all kinds of weather. Some counties have this ordinance in place but not so for Leon and surrounding areas. This needs to be something that is enforced state wide.
