Wattpad is an easier way for students to express their writing without having to feel pressured into assignments. Not to mention how some students don't have anything else the can use it on.

wattpad is a more fun experience to students to read more. it is more interesting to us to read about made up stories about our favorite characters than it is to read the books in English. this builds our love through reading and doesn't;t destroy it.

Im a freshman and wattpad was the website where i read what i loved and could write stories that i loved and others could enjoy withou feeling judged when that was taken away i didnt know what to do. I mean yeah i get that there are some reasons to block it but ITS A READING AND WRITING WEBSITE! just take it away from the kids that abuse it for gods sake

I am a highschool student with a very small school library, and the school system gives no other options to read outside or in school, and then they go and block the one way we've been able to read and actually ENJOY WHAT THEY'RE READING??? I would've thought teachers would rather have kids read then play video games, but I guess not.
