what EA is doing may be well within their legal right since all players sign there big contract before playing, but they are still not allowing people to understand why they were banned and this not only shows no respect to the player and the customer, but also shows the way that EA treats their gamers.

He was Unfairly banned! I've had problema problems with EA services before they just seem too lazy to work! Their call center are over in India for God's sake!

EA needs to pay better attention to reports and give evidence as to the reason of banning. Tesko obviously has footage of his gameplay to prove his innocence. Unban him.
