Banned from the game after two notices and without showing video evidence of what he did so that he could learn not to do it in the future is wrong. Seems ridiculous that there isn't a better way to address this.

Don't ban him, he doesn't hack. He hasn't done anything wrong. He is a clean player. At least show the "proof" of him hacking.
