Izuko's permanent ban reasons appears to be unclear to most users.

As far as we know, Izuko is a nice user. He sure can be annoying from times to times, but we haven't seen any toxic behaviour coming from him

We're asking you, Sinful, to unban Izuko from plug.dj, and give him an other chance.
