This petition exists to raise awareness about the goatsnarfer ban. Why he was clearly annoying and was warned several times before being perma'd, the cause of him being banned shows similarities with Destiny being banned on TL (personal difference of opinions between the banned and the mod, unclear definition of what was that he did to deserve ban etc).
