CaptainOA was banned over a joke that Kakashi should not have been involved in. Every party involved in the joke knew it was a joke and no one asked him to stop. When he got banned by kakashi an SL tried to get him to unban CaptainOA, but Kakashi said "I have other reports on him", CaptainOA continued to ask two SLs for those other reports as they have not been provided to him even though they directly involve him and if it is used as a ban reason, the context of the reports must be shared. Kakashi accused him of trying to frame a sider, even though the person was not a sider, the person knew it was a joke, and it was not anything that could get him fired. Kakashi also accused him of publicly promoting toxicity, none of the joke was public to the USSS. When finally given the chance to appeal, CaptainOA took the chance and tried to appeal using hard proof and justification. Kakashi proceeded to say that he should have apologized as soon as he entered the appeal, which makes no sense because CaptainOA did not want to waste time apologizing instead of trying to prove his case and clear the air. Kakashi made the assumption that he was not going to apologize. Kakashi accused him of essentially covering up a free rank, which multiple sources have stated that CaptainOA has never free ranked and never tried to cover up a free rank. Kakashi also said that CaptainOA never took responsibility for the joke, and messaging logistics to send him the other reports, even though he did take responsibility. Finally, the most important part, kakashi has been telling some people to block CaptainOA. For someone who bans people for toxicity, encouraging people to block others even though the person clearly is not in USSS anymore, is an extremely toxic trait.
