Dear Blizzard,

Two years ago, Byron Bernstein (also known as Reckful) was permanently banned from World of Warcraft for playing a friend's paladin account for two hours approximately because it is stated that Account sharing is a bannable offense over the rules. I feel, and many others feel, that a permanent ban is far too extensive of a punishment for something as minor as playing someone else's account after being a steady subscriber for in-game seasons prior and bringing a substantial amount of revenue to Blizzard from said subscription so it was not like he was trying to avoid a subscription to save himself money or to hurt the income of Blizzard from the game World of Warcraft. He simply didn't feel like grinding out another character which would've taken him hours, or even days, just to try out the class that his friend let him play.

Two years have passed, and we (Reckful's Twitch Community) feel that two years is already an overzealous ban for the minor infraction, while no other infractions were made prior. And while a hundred-thousand people were banned for 'botting' for no more than six months in the previous ban wave as of late. We, Byron Bernstein's Twitch Community, feel that if this Petition should reach it's goal of ten thousand signatures, then Byron Bernstein's ORIGINAL ACCOUNT should be unsuspended or a secondary review of Byron Bernstein's permanent suspension should be enacted.

Signed, Eli Perry (Ghonk on Twitch)
