David "avilo" Blowe is a Terran player and coach from the United States. In April 2019, he was permanently banned on Twitch after charges of harassment were brought by another streamer. For now (February 29) he has been banned for more than 9 months. He says that he has problems with money so he need to be unbanned on twitch.

I make this petition, because (i think) all sorts of the content are valuable and may be necessary in the future and if he will not be unbanned, there is a chance that we lose a streamer whos streams is interesting to watch
