Balochistan, an occupied territory, has been facing bitter human rights violations by Pakistan, its occupier. More than 1900 are people are reported to be in the torture cells of Pakistan army for the sole crime of being Balochs , these people who are feared to be in inhumane conditions which include women and children as well. Below the human rights abuses which were reported by the A.H.R.C. (a Hong Kong based organization) are being mentioned along with the article number of Universal Human Rights Declaration, which in that particular case is being violated. This must be taken in consideration that only around 5% of the cases are reported over here and these reports are only for the year 2009. Immediate Notice of United Nations on the grave situation of Human rights in Balochistan is urged and appealed as the no state, person or group has the right to disregard the international laws, today Pakistan with its continuous disregards for the international laws is creating examples for other states of the world and this world would not become a good place for our coming generations if immediate action is not taken, today "we the people of this world" for "a better future" appeal the prestigious United Nations to take immediate action.
