This proposal petition identifies and sets out in broad terms the concepts that should define the formation of the proposed UNAOC YOUTH COUNCIL. This will involve a wider set of youths to generate an internal process of ownership of the UN Alliance of Civilizations’ goals. Moreover, this is a mechanism to partner with youths globally in exchange lessons learned regarding challenges of cultural diversity, including identity based tensions.
The meaningful engagement of young people in policy formulation, implementation and evaluation has led to better and more effective delivery. Conversely, youth exclusion, deliberate or otherwise, has been seen to create significant tensions, which can manifest themselves as disaffection and leading to crime and violence.

The feedback I have received regarding the structure of the proposed council has been insightful. I am currently organizing these diverse perspectives to refine our formal presentation for the Alliance.

The response to this initiative has been truly encouraging and reflects a genuine desire for more inclusive youth participation. This momentum highlights the importance of creating formal channels for our generation to contribute to global policy.

I wholeheartedly support this initiative. If the UNAOC seeks to support the greater inclusion of youth at all levels of society it must take the first step in that direction.
As a young Leader from a Cameroonian Led Organosation called School Without Borders, I strongly support the formation of the UNAOC Youth Council and devote myself to hightly contribute for its success.
The meaningful engagement of young people in policy formulation, implementation and evaluation has led to better and more effective delivery. Conversely, youth exclusion, deliberate or otherwise, has been seen to create significant tensions, which can manifest themselves as disaffection and leading to crime and violence.
I totally support this initiative, but let's go further on explaining: - Financial and logistical part. - What concrete activities will be carried out to achieve the goals. -Who would be our partners or who we do partnerships with.
Respectable colleagues, I am glad to became part of active forum, the world that we live in, need joint efforts by all nations, therefore it is our duty to do something crucial and important for better world, I welcome every type of initiatives. As Morocco's representative to the UNAOC 7th forum and youth event, i totally support the great idea of furthering this huge network of youth by creating a UNAOC youth council
