This is appalling. The CoOp should be ashamed. He can't see that someone is taking a picture. He was acting in good faith. Being a Good Samaritan. Such a lovely guy. Was a customer at the Slad Road CoOp from when it opened.

I have known Adrian at my local Coop in Slad Road for years. He has never been anything but courteous and helpful.
I believe he was acting proportionately, and in the company's best interest. Please give him his job back

Get some common sense he was protecting your shrinkage, I work in retail and this was an heroic act to protect the company profits. How dare they suspend him! Lose the red tape and thank him for a job well done
