UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon: Appoint a Commission to Investigate the 23 July Attack on the Peaceful Rally of the Enlightening Movement in Kabul

We urge UN to listen and act in support this civil rights petition and stand for the victims of Kabul attack.

We ask for international investigation of the attacks on the sivil and peacefist dimonstration in kabul.

The afghan government is not capable to investigate such things yet, and we as a victim members family and beloved one can't trust to the governments of afghan because the government has lost the trust for similar cases in the past .so my respectively request to UN is to investigate . Best regards
