The government of Afghanistan failed to maintain the security of the peaceful demonstrators on 23rd of July, 2016 which resulted to the death and injury of over 400 people, most of them university graduates or students. Thus, an independent investigation is needed to ensure justice and transparency in determining the culprits. UN is the only source who can call and reach such a demand.
