Dear Mr President, Ms Clinton, Members of the UN Security Council,

I have trouble reconciling your recent decision about Libya with the common moral standards of our modern world.  There are women and children in Eastern Congo, for example, who are victims of sexual terrorism but no speedy summits to give these people a choice in their destiny, as it is tendered as the reason for UN sanctioned intervention in Libya.  Sorry, but this is utter negligence, when the leaders of the world act more quickly to protect the cost of a barrel of oil rather than protect a three year old girl from the violation of sexual terrorism and the mutilation, too many have to endure.  Please, will you examine your priorities and act to protect the most vulnerable in the world, not just our own positions.  It's time to protect the women and children in Congo and also prevent the "enlistment" of child soldiers.

J'ai du mal à concilier votre récente décision de la Libye avec les normes communes moral de notre monde moderne. Il ya des femmes et des enfants dans l'Est du Congo, par exemple, qui sont victimes du terrorisme sexuel, mais pas de sommets rapide à donner à ces gens le choix de leur destin, comme il est présenté comme la raison pour intervention de l'ONU sanctionnés en Libye. Désolé, mais ce n'est négligence extrême, lorsque les dirigeants du monde d'agir plus rapidement pour protéger le coût d'un baril de pétrole plutôt que de protéger une fillette de trois ans de la violation du terrorisme et de la mutilation sexuelle, trop de gens ont à supporter.
