Copper Creek has not been abiding by the health laws for Alabama. As residents we have complained about mildew, leaks, and roof damages, NOTHING has been done. We have informed our Resident manager andour Owner Prittchet Mooreof these conditions. Security has made it very hard for residents to live with their unfair trespassing and harrasing. Many residents have wittnessed our Security show favoritisum to several residents who have had adults living with them that has broke in to our homes. We have ask for certain ones who has been robbing the neighbors and causing fist fights to leave; nothing has happened. Hopefully this Petition will make a change.
