Taking away the transfer is very upsetting to me. I'm not going to spend 5$ on bus fair to go to the mall for 30 minutes

I rely on the bus some days because I don't drive, and this would be very inconvenient for me and my family since it is only my dad and he has to provide for 3 daughters. Please don't do this to us.

As a UVic student with mandatory bus pass this doesn't directly affect me, but it does affect so many people I know and it's truly unfair to the majority of your riders. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Perhaps consulting your consumers would be more beneficial next time. Find out what they want and go from there. Otherwise, why "fix" something that isn't broken? Unreal.

Living in Langford I have to take 2 buses to work & home, that is now $10.00 a day.
I can buy a day pass but many cannot afford to.
It doubles the cost.
Unacceptable.

The public transit system is according to past reports, profiting already from the way it does business..... So now we are going to stick it to the ones that need it the most..... Public transportation should be set up to be a non profit organization in order to help the ones in need first and foremost.....

Bs that i can't purchase a multi month pass to get to school when i have to pay for it myself and only get paid minimum wage... that means it will cost me an average of $3255 dollars for me to bus to school then work then back home to repeat the process, plus me working full time in the summer so i can afford this in the school averaging 6 busses is approx. $1080 to work during the summer.
So please for me and everyone in Victoria general, please change it back.
