Why are Kinder Surprise Eggs banned in the US??? Honestly, they should not be. The reason they are banned in the US is because a child bit into one not realizing that there was a toy inside and choked. Granted, this is an unfortunate event, but should it call for the banning of such a delicious treat? If anything, it should call for a better warning label, or something along those lines, but a ban? I don't think so! Do you remember when McDonalds (and other fastfood brands) french fries were shown to have ingredients that were detrimental to a human's health? What did we do? We told them to remake their product, but we never even considered BANNING french fries!
