It is a pedagogical failure for a university to respond to student protest with legal proceedings.

Regents and Kaler keep abusing their power - they are too trumps to be in charge of a university.

I stand in solidarity with those arrested- ya'll are inspiring! The university administration does not care about its student body and criminalizes students when they demand admin accountability. It's a shame, and there is a dire need to challenge this oppressive status quo.

I am one of the folks who got arrested. The Board of regents and Administrative staff should applause actions and speak outs such as these. When the community is expressing a need for change, accountability and proposes changes that will dismantle oppressive practices at the university, those serving the community should listen and take this opportunity to make the university a truly accessible institution that puts education of the people first.

UMN, stop arresting students and fire Kaler! We want students, staff, and faculty representation at the Board of Regents.
