I am citizen of Umerkot like to have a public library at Umerkot City where thousands of books must be there from these books specially students can get the advantage and educated persons who have been wandering here and there meaningless, by library thousands of educated persons can be railed on the literacy who stray out of the their path.

this library can save the youth from many criminal activities those are harmful for our society, many young peoples are reluctant to watch movies, play many extra games or any bad activities those are destroying the present as well as future of our society,

its humble request higher authorities please establish the innovative and best library for the developing Umerkot.
