Mental health is SO important and establishing a safe environment for high schoolers to talk about it is vital. The only way the stigma associated with mental health will diminish is if we TALK about it! Nothing will ever change unless real stories and real experiences are shared. Without this at our school, so many kids will just bottle things up inside and it will only take us farther away from a stigma free world.
